I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
  • You can reset your password by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT tab, which is located directly above the Unique Apparel Solutions logo. Enter your email in the RETURNING CUSTOMER area and then click on RESET MY PASSWORD. You will be sent a link with instructions to reset your password. IMPORTANT: The password reset link will expire 10 minutes after being sent.
How can I make a change to an existing order?
  • Click on the CONTACT US tab and submit your request. We will respond back promptly with what we can do for you.

How can I check the status of an order I placed?

  • All orders must go thru an approval process before we can process them. If your order has been approved, the normal delivery time is approximately 3 weeks after the approval date. Peak seasonal demands or manufacturers out of stock inventory may increase delivery times. If your order has been approved use the CONTACT US tab on this website to request an order status.

I am trying to place an order but I can't add any products to the shopping cart
